Boca Raton, Florida, January 21, 2024 – Burnout Brands, a Hidden Harbor Capital Partners (HHCP) portfolio company that is a manufacturer and distributor of performance automotive aftermarket brands, today announced the purchase of D&J Precision Machine, LLC (D&J), a renowned provider of high-quality precision machining services.

Founded in 2009, D&J Precision Machine has built a strong reputation for its exceptional craftsmanship, cutting-edge technology and customer-centric approach. Specializing in building Cummins long blocks, heads and accessories, D&J Precision Machine’s work spans everything from re-manufacturing daily driver engines to crafting full billet race engines. By combining their expertise, BD Diesel, Monster Transmission and D&J aim to enhance production capabilities, expand service offerings and reinforce their position as leaders in the manufacturing industry.

Wheeler brings more than 32 years of automotive industry experience to his new role, which will focus on business development, customer outreach and stewardship of M&A transactions on both the buy and sell side.

Throughout his career, Wheeler has been involved with a variety of mergers, acquisitions and implementations, and brings with him an integral understanding of the process and importance of a company being able to reach its growth or divestiture goals.
