Marx and Cooperstein will present “Acquiring or Selling? Prepare Your Business to Achieve Maximum Value” on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 from 11 a.m. to 12 Noon at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

“Whether you are a seller looking to retire or divest an unprofitable or poorly integrated business, or a buyer that realizes the value of growth through acquisition versus organically, the need is the same for everyone,” said Marx. “That need is to position your company for maximum perceived value.”

This fast paced, one-hour seminar by Marx and Cooperstein, will cover the entire gamut of a company’s perceived worth, including: financials, communications, storefront, information technology, intellectual property and more.

Marx and Cooperstein specialize in working with companies in the automotive and commercial vehicle aftermarket to examine their assets and develop a game plan for a best possible outcome. They will help seminar attendees understand how to best position company financials for an acquisition or exit strategy, how to produce marketing and support materials to sustain the designed strategy, and examine the most important components from which value is perceived.
