Devin Hart has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket. He brings a wealth of M&A expertise to the firm. Devin previously served as president and CEO of CADNA Rubber Company, an aftermarket supplier for replacement belts, hoses and hose accessories, and metal components. He was a major shareholder and board member at CADNA, and during his tenure he led the sale of the company to Continental AG in 2014. Prior to that, he served in key management roles with Federal-Mogul Corporation for more than 14 years. Devin understands what it takes to connect buyers and sellers and provides them with options to help them accelerate their growth.
Devin served as an officer in the United States Navy and Naval Air Reserve for 20 years, retiring as a Commander. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from San Diego State University and an MBA in finance from Auburn University.
